终于有了信用卡了，于是就开始了疯狂的消费。首先我想到的就是用paypal支付国外的帐单，安全-是我这样的初级信用卡用户最需要的，可这个主意却让我烦了好几天。
首先注册paypal帐户，捆绑信用卡的过程大体有三步：
- 在网站提交信用卡信息；
- paypal会从信用卡中划出1美元、1.95美元，其中1美元并没有真正交易，而1.95美元会保留在你的paypal帐户中；
- 三天后从信用卡帐户的交易单中找到一串字符，返回paypal网站进行验证。
在这三天内一切都很顺利，顺利地捆绑上了。
接下来就是迫不及待的支付了，而不愉快也同时开始了。
我从卖家通PAYPAL通道进行PAYPAL网站，PAYPAL当时有帐户相关的提示，具体内容记不清了，我也仔细读了，觉得不会影响支付，况且硕大的“确认支付”的按钮就摆在我的眼前。
点击“支付”，失败，返回卖方网站再试，还失败，再试，还是失败！反复了四五次，最后不得不联系paypal客服，客服的态度还行，就是根本解决不了问题。客服的说辞是“你的帐户没有任何问题，但出于安全因素，系统拒绝了你的支付请求，请你用美国的借记卡对帐户充值后再支付，或者请等二十四小时后再试”。
我挺有耐心的，二天后我再次尝试，问题依旧。那笔交易就直接选用信用卡直接支付了。
一周后我又需要美元交易，那时的我还对PAYPAL抱有希望，又登录PAYPAL尝试，还是出错，这次的出错信息在卖方的网站。我就直接打电话到客服，解释的话还是那几句，不同的是他建议我两三天后再试。
我就没在意，先搁置一边吧，反正这次交易不着急。
一天后收到PayPal 服务满意度调查邀请，我在大段文字框中写下：“你们对安全的定义是‘不许使用’吗？”。
又一天后，收到一封PalPay的英文EMAIL，全文如下：
Dear 胡正全,
Hello, my name is Leon. I will be happy to assist you with your question regarding your PayPal account.
I understand you want to know why you could not use your credit card to make a payment at this moment.
Upon checking your account, we found that you tried to pay $67.99 USD to ****@shopzoneshirts.com several times, but all of them failed.
Now please let me explain the reasons to you.
To ensure the integrity of our network, PayPal may take security measures, which may affect some accounts in good standing. We regret any inconvenience may have caused.
PayPal employs complex statistical models to identify patterns of behavior. This is similar to the way banks and credit card companies identify patterns of behavior those are abnormal when verifying individual transactions. When our system rejects a certain funding source for a transaction, it is merely an indication that the individual transaction fits a pattern may cause a high risk of failure.
If your transaction has been denied, you may be able to complete the transaction with another funding source such as U.S. bank account or PayPal balance.
In addition, I would like to recommend you not to pay at this time. Please take another try after 3 to 4 days with your credit card.
You may contact your seller and explain the reason why you can not pay him now. Hope he can understand your situation and let you pay him at a later time. If you need make this payment urgently, you can choose another funding method.

一周后我再次尝试，问题依旧。
实在是想不明白，这样一个全球最大的支付平台怎么这么对我？我也是合法Paypal帐户，我的信用卡也不存在“911”的字符串……
更新： 前两天，也就是paypal帐户开通的两个月后。在国外注册域名时用paypal竟然顺利支付了！
